If you do not see all the statements you expect, check these potential causes:
If the statement date is before the dates of transactions, QuickBooks thinks there is no need to create a statement.
What you can do
When you created the customer, if you selected Is sub-customer, you had the option of making transactions appear on the customer's statement, or its parent's statement.

If you want the sub-customer to receive a statement directly:
