The Merchant Service Center is the central spot to manage your QuickBooks Payments account on the web. From there, you can easily track:

• Transactions
• Fees
• Deposits
• Statements

And manage:

• Chargebacks
• Your Payments information
• Your GoPayment account and users

Once your QuickBooks Payments account is approved, it's easier to go directly to the Merchant Service Center from within QuickBooks. Click the Gear icon > Company Settings (or Account and Settings depending on what you see), and then click Payments > Merchant Service Center.
