Create many invoices at once

In the Customers list, you can see the customers who have unbilled activity. You can let QuickBooks automatically build and send invoices to these customers.

You can preview each invoice, edit invoices individually, and select which ones you actually want to print or deliver.

To create multiple invoices:

1. In the navigation bar, click Transactions > Sales.

2. Click Unbilled Activity.
3. Select the appropriate customers.
4. Click the Batch Actions drop-down arrow and select Create Invoices.
