Edit bank account sign-in information

If the information you use to sign in to your bank's website changes, you'll need to make the same changes in QuickBooks to continue to get updates.

  1. In the navigation bar, click Transactions > Banking (or Banking > Bank Feeds depending on what you see).

  2. At the top of the page, select the account you want to change and click the edit icon.
  3. Click Edit sign-in info.
  4. Enter the user ID and password you use to sign in at your bank.
  5. Click Update sign-in info.
