Email, send, or print an invoice

When you save the invoice you're working on, you don't need to send or print it right away.

Later, when you're ready to print or send it by email:

  1. In the navigation bar, click Transactions > Sales (or Invoicing > Sales, or Sales > All Sales depending on what you see).

  2. Find the invoice in the list of transactions.

    Tip! Filter your list by transaction type or payment status to make it shorter.

  3. Click the Print icon to print the invoice or the Send icon to email it to your customer.

    To print or send more than one invoice, click the checkboxes beside those invoices, and then click Print transactions or Send transactions from the Batch actions list.
