Use products and services on forms

After you add your products and services to QuickBooks, start using them on sales and purchasing forms by turning on the Product/Service column.

To turn on the Product/Service column on forms

  1. Click the Gear icon > Company Settings (or Account and Settings depending on what you see).
  2. Click Sales.
  3. Click the Products and Services edit icon.
  4. Select Show Product/Service column on sales forms.
  5. Click Save.
