Find statements
You can always find a statement you've created for a particular customer by going to that customer's record and filtering transactions in the list to show just statements.
But if you want to see a more comprehensive list of statements, or search by customer or various dates, use:
- The Filter button on the Sales Transaction page
- The Search icon
From the Sales Transaction page:

In the navigation bar, click Transactions > Sales (or Invoicing > Sales, or Sales > All Sales depending on what you see).
- Click Filter and select Statements as the transaction type.
- Set additional criteria you want and click Apply.
- Click the row of the statement you're interested in to view it.
- From the statement, choose whether to print it, send it, delete it, or go back to the previous view.
- Click Clear filter/View all when you're done.
To search for statements:
- Click the Search icon at the top of the page.
- Type some text into the search field and press Enter. This causes the Search page to appear.

Click Advanced.
- Click All transactions and select Statements from the list.
- Enter other search criteria or leave as is to find all statements.
- Click Search. A list of statements appears.
- Click the row of the statement you're interested in to view it.
- From the statement, choose whether to print it, send it, delete it, or go back to the previous view.
