View a statement

You can view statements you've created for a particular customer. The easiest place to start is from the customer record, but there are other ways to find statements as well.

From the customer record:

  1. In the navigation bar, click Customers (or Invoicing > Customers, or Sales > Customers depending on what you see).

  2. Select the customer you're interested in.
  3. In the customer record, click the Filter button and select Statements as the transaction type.
  4. Select the dates you want and click Apply.
  5. Click the row of the statement you're interested in to view it.
  6. From the statement, choose whether to print it, send it, delete it, or go back to the previous view.
