Connection failed

A communication error prevented a connection to the payment server and QuickBooks could not send the transaction. This could mean that the server is down, or that some other Internet connection problem occurred. You don't need to take any action because QuickBooks automatically tries to process the transaction once more in the evening.

Suggestions

• If you don't want to wait for the transaction to be automatically reprocessed, you can try to process the transaction yourself. To do so, go to your home page and select the credit card processing error.
• If you still have questions, you can contact Customer Support.
