You entered a past or incorrect expiration date.
Suggestions
- Check that you entered the credit card expiration date correctly, and then try to process the transaction again. If you do not have the card in hand, contact the customer to verify this information.
- If the card is declined a second time, you can ask the customer for a different credit card or another form of payment.
- If you still have questions, you can contact Customer Support.
