If a transaction is an occurrence of a recurring sales receipt, you can correct the error for future occurrences.
Click Edit Template to open the template from which the occurrence was generated. Make any changes and save the template.
Alternatively, you can first make changes to the occurrence that failed. Then when you save the changes to the occurrence, QuickBooks Payments asks to save changes back to the source template.
