QuickBooks always uses your current customization settings to display statements. This means that when you view an old statement, it may not look exactly as it was sent to your customer.
For example, let's say that last year you didn't include an aging table at the bottom of your statements. But now you do. If you view a statement you created last year, it will now have an aging table at the bottom.
