Delete a statement

When you delete a statement, your accounting is not affected. This is because a statement itself isn't a transaction.

When you delete a statement, the record of the statement is simply removed from QuickBooks.

To delete a statement:

  1. View or find the statement to delete.
  2. Click the row of the statement you're interested in to view it.
  3. Click Delete.

After deleting a statement, the only record of the statement is in the Audit Log.
