This window shows the transaction receipt for the current credit card transaction and displays the AVS and CVV results.
Note: If the Void Payment (or Void Refund) button is no longer visible, it is too late to void the credit card transaction. You can void a credit card transaction up until 3pm PT on the day you process it. After that time, the transaction has been settled and can't be voided. To reverse a credit card payment after the settlement period, you must issue a refund to the customer instead.
Code | What it means |
Match | The address information you entered (street and ZIP code, or just ZIP code) matches the address information on file with the cardholder's bank. |
No Match | The address information you entered (street, ZIP code, or both, as specified) does not match the address information on file with the cardholder's bank. Your transaction will still be processed. If you suspect credit card fraud, you should void the transaction. |
Not Available | Either address checking is not supported by the cardholder's bank, or else this transaction came from a recurring template. Your transaction will still be processed. |
